Anthony Adverse
I just picked up this OOP Varese re-recording from trusty amazon marketplace--there's only 2 copies left there too, if you don't have it--snag it!!! Good stuff, I was kind of hesitant for a long time based on a negative amazon review which is probably why I never bought it. The Amazon review stated:...

Are the Membrans the same as the Tsunami's? For some reason I thought they were the same as the awful Soundtrack Factory's ?fireatheart wrote:You might want to try to purchase the Membran "reissues" of the Tsunami releases: they are usually sold for 3-4 £ (I recently got a Rozsa Membran on Ebay for 5 $).

My guess is it will be released anytime now, but that could be next month or in the fall or... later. I don't think FSM releases ANY information beforehand on their releases, do they? Nope. But it was reported at jessicamusic.blogspot.com that it was coming in may I think....as was it speculated by...

So you see, tjguitar, it's really up to you: would you rather wait (years and years possibly) for that wonderful realese by either FSM or NAXOS, or would you rather get a quick but possibly inferior fix of vintage Korngold right now? I guess it depends if they were to be released in the United Stat...

Does anyone know if this is available in the US, even through any of the soundtrack specailty shops? As nobody here has mentioned this new release, I want to recommend it very much to you all. The sound is much better on this CD than on the previous Korngold CDs from Tsunami, because the high freque...

Re: Sea Hawk & Korngold CDs
My remark was directed at the post complaining that the BBC did not record shorter suites from other films, rather than another semi-complete SEA HAWK. I personally think that the release of TWO "Sea Hawks" indicates how important and bankable Korngold has become. And anyway, nobody ever complains ...

Re: SEA HAWK
Once again I am compelled to write some admonishing remarks here, which pains me greatly, because this is a site for Korngold supporters after all. I am sorry if the complete SEA HAWK on Naxos appears expensive at about 14 dollars and 'not worth it'...but I can assure you that the work it took to p...
