Thanks for your reply.I am aware of Mr.Carrolls comments ,but as he himself writes in his book(p.322) the first performance was a production for Vienna Radio and I naturally assume that it was recorded by them-this is the recording I am looking for.There must be someone out there who is lovingly hoarding it so why not share your Glück!
