Post by Rathbone » Tue Nov 11, 2008 9:46 am

Naxos released a new album (only for download via www.classicsonline.com) with Much Ado about Nothing Suite and Improvisations a. o. All recordings from 1951 are conducted or played by Korngold himself

Thank you for introducing that new CD.
I purchased it at once.
His improvisations are particularly splendid.
It is a treasure for me.

Not available in the United States

Since this little gem is not available for download in the United States, nor will it be issued on CD, what can I do to obtain a copy of this Naxos reissue along with the artwork? Drive to Canada? Travel overseas? Ask Santa?

Fortunately I have had the vinyl of these recordings for ages, but this also would be nice to have.
