Ambidexterity

I noticed after having seen some photographs of Korngold composing that, in some pictures, it appears he is playing the piano with his left hand and writing with his right and, in others, seems to be playing with his right and writing with his left. Were some of the photographs I viewed reversed, or was Korngold ambidextrous?
