Der Schneemann Two Piano version

In Brendan Carroll's biography of E.W. Korngold he mentions that the music for the pantomime Der Schneemann was presented as a two piano 4 hands version. I am wondering if anyone knows whethere this version was ever published say be Schott and does a print of this exist today.
